- Driving strong and sustainable sales growth with strategic accounts, delivering on annual sales and profit targets
- Leading joint business planning, assortment strategy, and account-specific activations with buyers, planners, and senior management
- Owning and executing go-to-market strategies that align with Kari Traa’s global vision while connecting with North American consumers to maximize connections, brand positioning and financial objectives
- Managing budgets and margins across pre-order, in-season, and clearance cycles — monitoring the weekly orderbook, providing sales forecasts, and delivering reports for leadership
- Building and maintaining trusted relationships that open OTB opportunities and expand account partnerships
- Championing sell-through analysis, reporting, and insights — delivering data-driven recommendations that fuel growth
- Partnering closely with the North American Sales Manager to update rolling product forecasts and define NA product and merchandising needs, ensuring alignment with internal buying, product, and demand planning teams
- Participating in trade shows and events – traveling up to 30% as needed, including Norway
- Advocating for the Kari Traa mission - living in full color!
- 5+ years of sales and management experience in snow, outdoor, lifestyle or sporting goods – your BS or MBA a plus!
- A natural sales guru – you thrive on selling, negotiating and presenting
- Proven success, growing strategic accounts and building strong relationships with key decision makers
- Deep understanding of brand positioning and executing marketing strategies
- Organized, strategic thinker with exposure to financial planning, retail math and margin management
- Articulate, confident communication and presentation skills
- Solid proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Ability to collaborate in a lean, high-growth environment, working cross-functionally across different time zones
- Passion for the outdoors, driving sales, and connecting with people!
- Salary $90,000 - $100,000 with sales bonus potential
