- Define hardware and software standards in conjunction with owners and stakeholders
- Conduct research and make recommendations on products, services, protocols, and standards in support of all infrastructure and support procurement and development efforts
- Performing the planning of work unit Information Technology architecture
- Act as the center of excellence to IT management, utilizing deep specialized expertise and industry standards for the Architecture and Infrastructure domains to assist in the development of risk mitigation solutions
- Working with business representatives on support and planning initiatives, and developing technology solutions that meet technical and business requirements
- Conducting research to solve complex problems, understand trends and support the formulation of business unit IT strategies
- Delivering simple to complex technical solutions with limited to moderate supervision
- Partner with OCIO to develop the overall strategic technology infrastructure direction that will support and enhance the Strategic Business Plan
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
- 7+ years of program/project management experience in large-scale IT infrastructure or modernization initiatives, including cloud transformation projects (Microsoft Azure and Oracle environments).
- Solid understanding of infrastructure modernization principles and demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills with capacity to drive change in fast-paced environments.
