- Lead, train, and supervise front desk associates to ensure professional and efficient service.
- Manage daily front office operations, including check-in/check-out, room assignments, billing, and reservations.
- Resolve guest concerns and service issues promptly with professionalism and care.
- Monitor and manage staffing schedules to ensure adequate coverage while controlling labor costs.
- Maintain compliance with brand standards, safety protocols, and company policies.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance to ensure rooms are ready for arriving guests.
- Prepare and review daily reports including occupancy, revenue, and guest feedback.
- Assist with hiring, onboarding, coaching, and performance management of front office staff.
- Support sales and revenue efforts by promoting hotel services and upselling opportunities.
- Bachelor’s in hospitality or business preferred
- 2–4 years in hotel management
- Strong leadership and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and guest service mindset
