- First Shift (Monday through Friday from 08:00am to 04:30pm)
- Reads and interprets blueprints.
- Plans machining by studying work orders, blueprints, engineering plans, materials, specifications, orthographic drawings, reference planes, locations of surfaces, and machining parameters; interpreting geometric dimensions and tolerances (GD&T).
- Create product blueprints and drawings with detailed GD&T specifications for products and tooling designs
- Ability to design jigs, fixtures, multi-part holdings and templates to assist with production efficiency.
- Ability to write and edit programs manually.
- Demonstrated ability in designing special tooling.
- Solid experience with live-tooling applications.
- Proficient in the use of macros in CNC programming.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and mechanical aptitude.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- CNC certified or five years of related experience.
