- 8 years of experience in gathering and documenting business requirements and translating them into technical specifications.
- Experience in designing and integrating AI solutions within existing enterprise application landscapes (e.g., CRM, ERP, SCM).
- Experience defining data models to support AI/ML initiatives.
- Experience in driving projects to completion on their own.
- Experience in designing and implementing enterprise solutions leveraging agent architectures, including a strong understanding of agent frameworks and methodologies.
- Experience in designing and utilizing knowledge graphs for enhanced data understanding and AI capabilities.
- Experience in the commercial real estate domain, including familiarity with CRE systems, processes, and data.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms and their AI/ML services.
- Strong communication, presentation, and people management skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with teams.
- Collaborate closely with business stakeholders, product owners, and engineering teams to understand business needs and translate them into clear, concise, and technically-feasible solution designs.
- Lead the conceptualization and design of AI solutions, with an emphasis on agent architectures, including the design, development, and deployment of intelligent agents. Identify opportunities for AI-driven improvements in areas such as property management, leasing, investment analysis, and market intelligence.
- Design and develop knowledge graphs to model complex relationships within business data, enabling more sophisticated AI-powered insights and decision-making.
- Define and maintain data models that support the development and deployment of AI solutions within enterprise applications.
- Document detailed solution designs, including data flows, system integrations, and technical specifications, ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture standards.
