  • Develop and manage cross - functional business partner relationships from all levels of leadership that include leading cross functional projects or teams addressing quality issues
  • Influencing and driving quality and continuous process improvement priorities and activities aimed at detecting and preventing quality issues with a sense of urgency
  • Creating and confidently delivering executive level presentations to effectively communicate top quality improvement opportunities, to improve quality results
  • Trusted business advisor with excellent organization, verbal and written communication and influencing skills
  • Results - oriented, strong collaboration, problem solving and negotiation skills
  • Ability to think strategically, analyze issues and develop recommendations
  • Manage multiple fast paced projects concurrently. Expected to deliver on projects with a sense of urgency, laser focus and a positive approach that maximizes support across the organization
  • Ensure quality programs adhere to design standards along with maintenance requirements for designated quality tools, documentation and reporting
  • Consistently demonstrates ability to succeed in a continuously changing and challenging environment

  • Current Employee of UHC Benefit Operations - Provider Service
  • 5+ years of experience in the healthcare industry, with a preference for extensive experience in provider contract / demographic loading
  • 3+ years of supervisory experience leading and executing quality assurance processes and programs to include root cause, remediation and / or continuous improvement
  • 2+ years of experience in leading and facilitating virtual meetings with all levels of audience members
  • 2+ years presenting and communicating to all levels of leadership; both written and verbal format
  • Proven intermediate skills for PowerPoint, Excel, Word and Sharepoint
  • Proven intermediate level of proficiency in tracking, trending and reporting on metrics
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Proficiency in Tableau
  • Proven exposure to Provider loading systems including but not limited to CLM, NDB, PhyCon, IMPACT, CSP Facets, COSMOS, USP (Cirrus), NICE
  • Proven ability to use MS Visio
  • Proven exposure with managing Vendor relationships

The salary for this role will range from $89,900 to $160,600 annually based on full-time employment.
