Our technology parks cars in far less garage space compared to traditional garages with a valet-style experience for all.Role DescriptionVolley Automation is seeking an experienced Lead Generation Specialist who will report to the Chief Commercial Officer and collaborate closely with the Marketing, Business Development, and Strategic Partnership functions. In this role, you will have responsibility for developing new markets and customers for our fully automated parking technology within the commercial real estate industry. You will be responsible for the top of funnel lead generation, calling upon real estate developers, architects, and general contractors interested in purchasing Volley’s multimillion dollar robotic systems.ResponsibilitiesKey areas of responsibility include prospective customer outreach and setting up of introductory meetings, providing an overview of our technology, and scheduling product demos to share our transformational parking technology.
  • Devise and implement a comprehensive lead generation strategy for the commercial sales spanning the entire US market, with integrated campaigns, and a mix of traditional B2B marketing tactics to generate pipeline for our sales team.
  • Monitor and analyze marketing campaign performance to generate actionable insights, employing your analytical skills to continuously improve the effectiveness of our demand generation efforts.
  • Oversee and manage the creation of workflows, automations, lead scoring, email development, dashboards, reporting and more within CRM (e.g. HubSpot).
  • Track progress and issue periodic updates to leadership on Sales KPIs, customer engagement, and CRM.
  • Achieve/exceed daily/weekly/monthly targets defined for self and team.
  • Qualify and contact potential customers via provided construction lead databases.
  • Perform outbound calls to target prospects in defined geographies.
  • Create dashboards, track, and analyze leads, and enable & support sales to close opportunities faster.
  • Collaborate with product marketing and content teams to craft compelling marketing materials such as emails, landing pages, and case studies that resonate with our target audience and increase engagement.
  • Identify and join key trade associations and industry events to build company brand awareness and network with industry professionals.
  • Provide onsite product demos for prospective customers that visit our parking garage.
Qualifications
  • Expertise in multi-channel demand generation, applying a diverse range of campaign strategies, including cold calling, digital media, email, webinars, and content syndication, with measurable results.
  • 3+ years of proven experience in outbound demand generation, with a proven track record in B2B marketing, lead generation, and integrated sales campaigns.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
  • Proficiency with sales tools such as Microsoft Excel, Power Point, CRM, and lead generation software.
  • Demonstrated ability to independently establish, prioritize and execute responsibilities effectively.
  • Well-organized, self-starter, and a great communicator (and listener), with the ability to keep our customer’s perspective at the forefront of all strategic marketing initiatives.
  • Deep knowledge of the B2B lead funnel, adept at driving conversions and managing targets from account identification to closing.
  • Exceptional cross-functional collaboration skills, with the ability to work seamlessly with sales and marketing teams, managing complex leads to successful completion.
  • Strong analytical skills to measure lead generation effectiveness and drive continuous improvement.
  • Aptitude for utilizing data, insights & resources to develop a compelling selling story
  • Ability to travel within the United States occasionally to attend trade shows and industry association meetings.
