All USA Compression employees are responsible for maintaining a safe and professional work environment.Duties and Responsibilities:
Perform Maintenance tasks as outlined in the company’s Maintenance Manual
Travel is required and is expected to be approximately 25% of the time worked
Follow and observe all safety and environmental policies
May engage in project work for company and for customer
Ensure parts and other resources are in place prior to scheduled project date
Maintain high level of attention to detail
Accurately input data into FSA immediately following task
Promptly return unused parts and cores
Maintain company vehicle according to company guidelines
Assist in repair of unplanned major failures
May be asked to assist during after-hours call out, as needed
Any other duties or responsibilities as assigned by the supervisor.
Skills/Capabilities and Education:
Technical or trade school certification or 3 years of additional work experience in related field
Minimum of 3 years of natural gas compression experience
Must have strong verbal and written communication skills at the field level to both customers and employees.
Capable of driving commercial size truck and a valid driver’s license with a Motor Vehicle Record history acceptable to USA Compression.
Operate independently with little or no supervision.
High degree of mechanical ability
Read and understand technical manuals
Working knowledge of Excel, Word, Internet and inventory tracking software.
Ability to understand written and verbal communication from the company and supervisor including training, procedures, instructions, etc.
