As we continue to grow, we're seeking a People Business Partner to support Noom's Go-To-Market, Strategy and Operations, and Customer Experience organizations. This role will serve as a strategic advisor and trusted partner to senior leaders across these organizations, helping to align talent strategies with business objectives. - Partner with leaders to develop and implement people strategies that support business goals
- Provide coaching and guidance on organizational design, workforce planning, talent development, and performance management
- Collaborate on field-based workforce planning, incentive and commission program design, and workforce management practices
- Support change management efforts and culture-building initiatives across distributed teams
- Analyze people metrics and data, build or leverage dashboards, and provide insights to inform decision-making and drive action
- Ensure alignment with company-wide HR programs and practices, while tailoring solutions to unique team needs
- Align HR initiatives with business priorities through strategic thinking and business acumen
- Use people analytics and data insights to guide decision-making and identify areas for improvement
- Advise on team structure, scaling strategies, role clarity, and org effectiveness
- Mediate conflicts and coach managers through complex employee relations issues, ensuring fairness and consistency
- Champion change management initiatives and inclusive transition experiences
- Build trusted relationships with senior leaders and cross-functional stakeholders, influencing without authority
- Apply a DEI lens to people decisions, advocate for equitable practices, and promote psychological safety and employee well-being in all interactions
- Ensure compliance with legal standards and handle sensitive issues with discretion and integrity

- 4+ years of People Business Partner experience
- Proven experience supporting Commercial/Sales, Customer Experience, and/or Finance teams
- Background in Tech or Healthcare companies, with a preference for HealthTech or FinTech environments
- Experience supporting high-growth, mid-stage companies from startup to scale-up
- Knowledge of field workforce planning, incentive and commission planning, and managing distributed workforces
- Exceptional interpersonal, coaching, conflict resolution, and relationship-building skills
- Ability to navigate ambiguity and build structure in fast-paced environments
- Expertise in performance management, org design, workforce planning, and scaling organizations
- A DEI mindset and commitment to inclusive practices
- Ability to analyze data and provide actionable insights using HR tools and metrics
- Strong understanding of compliance and risk mitigation in people practices

- The US base salary range for this full-time position is $121,000-$164,000.
- This range reflects the minimum and maximum salary target for the position for US-based candidates, at the time of posting. The actual salary offer is based on factors including relevant experience and training, assessment of functional skills and behavioral competencies, and location, among others.
