- Provide exceptional customer service to greet, welcome, and assist guests.
- Provide administrative and calendar management in support of executive leadership team members.
- Coordinate internal and external meetings, and event planning.
- Manage travel logistics, including accommodations, transportation, and meals.
- Create monthly expense reports requiring the tracking of expense receipts and report coding.
- Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail.
- Maintain and organize electronic files.
- Ordering, stocking, and maintenance of supply inventories for two separate suites.
- Perform ad-hoc project work on an as-needed basis.
- Associate's degree and 5+ years of prior Administrative Coordinator experience.
- Proficient in computer software programs, including Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word, and aptitude for learning new software and systems.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills at all levels of interaction.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Discretion with confidential and sensitive information is required.
