Learning & Development Specialist – Hybrid
Are you a strategic and creative L&D professional with a passion for empowering talent in a fast-paced, tech-driven environment? We're looking for a Learning & Development Specialist to lead and support impactful programs across a growing IT organization.This role blends strategic thinking with hands-on execution—ideal for someone who thrives on building engaging learning experiences, managing program logistics, and driving measurable impact. You'll play a key role in delivering development opportunities for early-career talent, mid-level professionals, and future leaders alike.What You'll DoServe as a collaborative partner across the organization, aligning learning solutions with business needs.Shape and deliver programs that support emerging talent, leadership development, and upskilling initiatives.Own the full lifecycle of learning events—from initial needs assessments through to execution, feedback, and continuous improvement.Manage event logistics: coordinate speakers, book venues, facilitate sessions, and ensure seamless onsite support.Design engaging, adult-centered learning experiences tailored to technical audiences.Support communications strategy and collaborate on creative assets for internal learning campaigns.Use learning management systems (LMS) to coordinate sessions, track attendance, and report key program metrics.Analyze feedback and engagement data to inform enhancements and drive continuous program improvement.Stay plugged into the latest in L&D trends and best practices, bringing fresh ideas and innovation to the team.
What You BringProven experience (3+ years) in learning & development, instructional design, or talent development.Comfort operating in hybrid environments and navigating complexity with agility.Strong presentation, facilitation, and communication skills—able to tailor messaging for diverse audiences.Ability to manage multiple priorities with precision and professionalism.Familiarity with LMS platforms and confident handling logistics for live and virtual learning experiences.Bachelor’s degree in HR, Organizational Development, Instructional Design, or a related field.Bonus if you've supported IT or technical teams, emerging talent programs, or global, hybrid workforces.
