Manufacturing Quality Engineer

Analyze and maintain quality system documents and records.
Conduct mold and product validation, cross-qualification, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Perform daily 5S process audits to ensure workplace efficiency and safety.
Participate in Corrective and Preventive Action (CAPA) processes.
Assist QA Technicians with process enhancements.
Approve post-mold repair reports including capability studies and Gauge R&R.
Conduct hands-on inspections of production output on the floor.
Approve or reject visual inspections based on Quality Assurance Requirements (QAR) and General Appearance Samples (GAS).
Approve Line Clearances for Start-ups and Restarts.
Act as liaison for Adjustment Requests, working closely with Process Technicians.
