- Engage with our customers to understand their structure and workflow in order to become a trusted advisor
- Drive complex implementations while working side by side with the customers to meet their Information Protection security and compliance requirements
- Work with internal teams (e.g. engineering, sales, and product management) and external partners to ensure that customer requirements are well understood and tracked
- Coordinate with multiple parties to ensure timely and satisfactory resolution to customer issues, and completion of projects
- Develop and mentor other PCMS resources to help improve their technical knowledge, project management, and customer management skills
- Knowledge of data protection tools including Broadcom, Trellix, Forcepoint and Microsoft (endpoint, email and casb)
- Define and document the best practice techniques, processes, templates, and architectures for use by the managed services team
- Leverage previous experiences, share best practices, and facilitate creative solutions to unique challenges maximizing the value of our Information Protection products
