  • Pack/box orders for export or domestic shipments.
  • Prepare shipments in ERP system.
  • Verify all shipment data pulls in from Sales order correctly into UPS Worldship.
  • Prepare and verify all export and domestic documentation.
  • Prepare EEI Export filing in ACE portal.
  • Communicate with our Order Management team on export processes or special requests that arise.
  • Effectively communicate with Compliance team with all export issues.
  • Process all shipments for LTL Freight carriers, UPS/FEDEX/DHL, and courier services.
  • Maintain an accurate filing system of network scanned and hard copy documents.
Requirements
  • Prior shipping/warehouse experience preferred but not required.
  • Energetic hard-working individual who would like a permanent long-term position and opportunity to grow within our company
  • Must have above basic computer and data entry skills.
  • Proficient in Excel/ Word/Outlook.
  • Must be able to work in high paced, high-volume environment.
  • Must be able to prioritize and meet deadlines.
  • Must demonstrate accuracy, responsibility and thoroughness with all work and projects.
  • Ability to lift at least 65 lbs.; Stand for long periods of time.
  • Excellent communication skills and have a positive attitude.
  • Excellent attendance/punctuality.
  • Ability to learn additional warehouse tasks.
  • Ability to work overtime when needed.
