  • Proven Experience: Minimum of 7 years in public accounting, including at least 4 consecutive years with the same firm.
  • Credentials: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and an active CPA license.
  • Leadership: A strong mentor who thrives on developing and guiding associates.
  • Client-Focused: Skilled in building and maintaining long-term client relationships.
  • Present and Engaged: 100% in-office to foster collaboration, supervision, and mentorship.
Responsibilities:
  • Manage a diverse portfolio of clients with professionalism and expertise.
  • Provide tax strategy, compliance, and advisory services at the highest level.
  • Lead, coach, and inspire less experienced associates.
  • Strengthening client relationships and contribute to business development.
Compensation & Benefits:
  • Competitive compensation package: $150,000 – $250,000
