  • NPs, PAs, MAs, and hospital/post‑acute care partners
As part of this interdisciplinary group, you’ll assess, treat, and monitor patients with complex or chronic wounds—often in assisted living, skilled nursing, or rehab facilities.Qualifications
  • Active NP or PA license in Idaho
  • Wound Care Certification (WCC, CWCN, or equivalent) preferred
  • Experience in wound care, geriatric, or post‑acute settings
  • Strong assessment, critical thinking, and documentation skills
  • Compassionate, team‑oriented approach
