This role is primarily focused on supporting the Route Sales Rep in non-driving tasks such as loading and unloading, customer service, and route assistance. The Route Associate will not be expected to drive under normal circumstances. However, there may be rare instances where the associate may be asked to assist with driving designated routes. Such occasions will be infrequent and will require adherence to all applicable safety regulations and company policies. The route associate plays a crucial role in ensuring smooth delivery operations and maintaining high standards of customer service.
  • Assist in loading and unloading pre-ordered products onto delivery vehicles.
  • Accompany the driver on designated routes to efficiently manage a customer base, averaging 50+ stops per day.
  • Support the driver in safely operating commercial vehicles and adhering to all safety protocols.
  • Utilize handheld systems to accurately input transactions and manage customer data.
  • Assist in maintaining inventory accuracy and ensure proper balance of daily route activities.
  • Collect equipment and customer payments as required to safeguard company assets.
  • Participate in introductory training sessions to familiarize with company policies, procedures, and safety standards
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies and procedures.
  • Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • Must be 18 years of age or older, Minimum age requirement of 21 years to drive the vehicle.
  • Ability to adhere to Primo Brands Motor Vehicle Policy
  • Ability to perform all duties in a non-driving capacity.
  • Basic proficiency in computer operations, data entry, and mathematics
  • Capable of safely lifting bottles and equipment weighing up to 60 lbs
