- Completion of an accredited physical therapy, occupational therapy, or speech-language pathology program
- Required:
- Five (5) years of clinical experience.
- Three (3) years of leadership or consulting experience in a skilled nursing setting.
- Deep understanding of the Patient-Driven Payment Model (PDPM), RAI process, and therapy documentation standards.
- Strong knowledge of federal and state regulatory requirements in post-acute care.
- Experience in analyzing clinical data and managing clinical metrics and leading quality improvement initiatives.
- Excellent interpersonal, collaboration, and communication skills.
- Ability to travel regionally as needed.
- Prefered:
- Previous experience in a home health setting.
- Active Physical Therapist (PT), Occupational Therapist (OT), or Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) license
