Shift: 7:00 AM - 3:30 PMJob Description:We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Mail Insert Operator to join our publishing services team. In this role, you will operate high-speed inserter equipment to assemble, process, and prepare materials for mailing in a fast-paced production environment.Key Responsibilities:Operate high-speed inserters to accurately assemble and insert printed materials into envelopes or mailers.Set up and adjust equipment based on job specifications (material type, envelope size, etc.).Monitor machine operation to ensure continuous production and troubleshoot jams or mechanical issues.Requirements:Experience operating high-speed inserters or similar production machinery preferred.Ability to read and interpret job tickets, production schedules, and quality standards.Strong attention to detail and ability to work with precision in a time-sensitive environment.Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.Physical ability to stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks.Willingness to work overtime as needed.Conduct quality checks to verify the accuracy and integrity of each mailing.Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of inserters to ensure peak performance.Work closely with the production team to prioritize tasks and meet daily output targets.Maintain accurate records of production output and equipment performance.Adhere to all safety protocols and workplace procedures.
