
Customer Service Representative

- Provide Customer Service support to our customers and sales force via phone calls, emails, etc.,
- Generate quotes, process orders and provide order status to customers.
- Interact with internal / external customers to provide information response to inquiries about products and services.
- Resolve customer complaints - escalate to Supervisor or additional departments when appropriate.
- Handle and resolve questions / concerns including ERP related errors.
- Manage, maintain and update customer accounts.
- Perform other customer service and sales related tasks as assigned by management.
- Customer service experience in a manufacturing or distribution environment preferred.
- Self-starter capable of working with minimum supervision.
- Extremely thorough organizational and planning skills.
- Strong knowledge of customer service and establishing contacts.
- Ability to handle numerous projects at one time.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to develop close professional relationships.
- Office computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Some ERP experience (SAP experience a plus).
