Bachelor's Degree in Applied Science or Computer Technology or combination of equivalent experience is required; Associate's Degree and equivalent work experience would be considered

Working knowledge of hardware and software required; LAN experience preferred
Desktop Support and/or previous help desk support preferred
Certifications are a plus, but not necessary
Use of MS Office in an office environment preferred
Solid customer service skills
Ability to read, write and speak English fluently
