Responsibilities:
- Provide hemodialysis treatments patients with kidney disease in adherence with the facility policy and procedure guidelines, as well as federal and local nursing regulations
- Work under the supervision of the Clinical Manager/Facility Administrator and assisting in the supervision of Patient Care Technicians
- Complete assessments of patients prior to and post-treatment; monitor patients during treatments
- Administer and chart all medications per physician orders
- Nursing Degree - an ADN, BSN or MSN is required.
- An active nursing license is required - if licensed in another state, licensure by endorsement may be considered.
- At least 1 years of dialysis nursing experience is required.
