- Be responsible for customer work requests posted to the support team queue.
- Provide technical support for a multi-client, multi-vendor proprietary environment.
- Perform in-house system integrations with vendors, and user administration tasks.
- Act as Project Manager for limited scope projects.
- Perform initial triage and take appropriate steps to replicate issues prior to escalation to product developers. Ensure timely and accurate completion of the work.
- Have leadership and organizational skills necessary to prioritize assignments, follow through on open issues and escalate when required.
- Collaborate and work effectively with all levels of end users, management, Developers, QA, and colleagues in Support.
- Be a mentor to junior Application support engineers. Act as a technical resource; provide training, assist with resolution of complex issues.
- Routinely contribute to the upkeep of issue documentation.
- Have an affinity for problem solving and practicing effective and timely communication with key stakeholders.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field
- 5+ years of experience in an Application/Technology support role.
- Solid understanding of web-based client facing applications.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office & Teams, SharePoint, Tableau, Jira, Confluence, Google platform products, Python, Snowflake, OWA Distribution Groups, Azure, Data Dog, Linux
