You will report to a Development Director on the production team.Responsibilities:You will work with production partners and leads to manage a variety of disciplines including artists, designers, software engineers, QA and other production staff.You will help keep the project schedule and support the development team from one project phase to the next while ensuring quality, collaboration and communication.You will provide task and backlog management to employees across diverse skillsets within a single project teamYou will support planning, scrum and sprint retrospective sessions with their team in an Agile development frameworkYou will partner with Development Directors and production to manage scope and qualityQualifications:3+ years project management or team leadership experienceBachelor's degree or equivalent professional experienceExperience engaging and motivating remote and hybrid teamsExperience in project management methodologies including Waterfall and Agile
