Job Description:OverviewA Medical Scribe will work as a personal real-time transcriptionist to the physician during medical exams; performing documentation in the EHR, gathering information for the patient's visit, and partnering with the physician to deliver the pinnacle of efficient patient care and to improve patient flow.
Qualifications
  • High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent
  • Bachelor's degree in healthcare field preferred
  • Successful completion of Medical Assistant training program an asset
  • Experience with medical terminology
  • Excellent computer skills
  • Minimum of 60 typed WPM preferred
  • Impeccable verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Excellent bedside manner
