- Define and execute recruiting strategy including target schools, on campus strategy, diversity recruiting, assessing candidates, and managing and extending offers
- Stay informed of trends and innovative recruiting techniques to attract and compete for top talent in the market
- Manage, leverage, and challenge existing recruiting strategies, methods, and systems to generate a proactive and efficient approach to improving the quality of candidates
- Build effective relationships with all partners (internal/external), leveraging relationships to accomplish goals
- Routinely prepare executive-level presentations and deliverables to share with stakeholders and leadership, including CEO, CFO, and VPs
- Convey information in a cohesive story, builds appropriate horizontal and vertical logic, summarizes insights from analysis, identifies next steps and builds implementation plans
- Provide consistent, clear and timely communication to teams on goals, and progress towards those goals
- Provide day-to-day management, ongoing education, support, inspiration and coaching of direct reports
- Lead 1:1 check-ins, participate as an active thought partner with teammates and supervisors
- Collaborate and develop relationships with a diverse group of people (executives, analysts, field operators, physicians, hospital executives, and patients)
- Lead summer internship (MBA/UG) program – including program design, participant engagement, coaching, and final offer decisions
- Support and lead internal team marketing, and social media presence (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.)
- As needed, support the execution of day-to-day Redwoods Programming and Recruiting events, such as supporting/hosting interview days, onboarding, orientation, and talent development sessions
- Lead special projects and initiatives as needed
- Bachelor’s degree in related degree program
- 4+ years of experience in HR, recruiting, talent/leadership development, career coaching, or relevant experience
- Must demonstrate strategic thinking as well as a willingness to lead initiatives through implementation
- Must demonstrate strong communication skills and executive presence
- Proven track record for developing talent and building strong teams
- Minimum of 2 years leading people and/or teams preferred
- Minimum of 2 years management experience preferred; multi-site, decentralized (off site, home-based recruiters) preferred
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in high volume recruitment preferred
- Knowledge of applicant tracking systems, significant experience with recruiting databases strongly preferred
- Travel required: up to 30%
