
Project Architect (5 yrs of Revit experience required)

- Collaborate with the Project Manager and Principal to guide the design and documentation of projects from concept through construction.
- Lead junior staff in producing Revit models, drawings, and specifications, managing team responsibilities and deliverables.
- Communicate effectively with consultants and contractors to coordinate and resolve design challenges.
- Conduct code, zoning, accessibility, and funding analyses, integrating findings into project workflows and documentation.
- Participate in construction administration, including RFIs, submittals, site visits, and field reports.
- Mentor junior staff and contribute to a collaborative studio culture, sharing knowledge across teams and embracing evolving responsibilities.
- Translate client and community priorities into thoughtful design solutions that balance creativity, affordability, and sustainability.
- A Bachelor’s degree in Architecture from U.S. (required; Master’s preferred).
- Licensed Architect preferred; Actively pursue licensure will be considered.
- 3–8 years of professional experience in an architecture or design firm, with a focus on multi-family housing and/or community-focused projects.
- Proficiency in Revit (required); familiarity with AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, SketchUp, Bluebeam, and MS Office highly desirable.
- Strong design sensibility, technical skills, and organizational abilities.
- Prepare and review construction documents and design presentations.
- Coordinate effectively with consultants, contractors, and owners.
- Support zoning, permitting, and funding analyses.
- Balance project deadlines with accuracy, thoroughness, and attention to detail.
- Clearly communicate and work collaboratively with team members, clients, consultants, and community partners.
- Current hybrid work schedule: in-office Monday–Wednesday, with flexibility for remote work on Thursday and Friday.
