Manifest Solutions is currently seeking a AV Project Manager for an onsite position in Columbus, OH.
  • Coordinate actions related to our rollout of MS Teams video conferencing solutions across a geographically dispersed organization
  • Communicate, plan and organize tasks related to the rollout
  • Track detailed project information from many inputs and format that information for easy consumption at executive levels.
  • Coordinate with support groups for electrical, network and construction events to ensure the necessary components are in place for each room
  • Coordinate with multiple external vendors to ensure timelines are met
  • Coordinate with General Contractors, subcontractors and corporate facilities project managers
  • Works independently to verify project scope and determine methods of managing and controlling
  • Plan, estimate, schedule and trend the project
  • Estimate, budget and control project cost
  • Develop, implement and manage quality assurance programs
  • Identify and manage project risk
  • Develop and manage procurement plans
Basic Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or higher.
  • 7 years of relevant work experience is required. An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
  • Strong project management and project coordination skills are required.
  • Ability to manage multiple input streams, engage with technical engineers and communicate complex technical topics in easy-to-understand terms.
  • Previous experience managing corporate construction related projects or large video conferencing implementation or lifecycle projects is highly desired.
