Assistant Teacher Educational Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 2 years childcare or college coursework in Early Childhood Education
  • High School Diploma
Job Responsibilities include:
  • Implementing lesson plan activities that are appropriate to the child’s age and developmental level.
  • Meeting the individual needs of children.
  • Parent communication.
  • Participation in staff and training meetings.
  • Interacting with the children to support play, exploration, and learning.
  • Presenting expectations that are appropriate to the child’s age and developmental level.
