As an integral part of our team, you will be responsible for managing the intake process, assessing clients' needs, and coordinating their initial appointments.   • Intake and Assessment: Conduct initial screenings and assessments of new clients to determine their needs, collect relevant information, and assess the urgency of their situation.
  • Coordination of Services: Collaborate with clinical staff to match clients with appropriate services, therapists, or programs based on their needs, preferences, and insurance coverage.
  • Appointment Scheduling: Manage scheduling for initial appointments, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and timely follow-ups, while accommodating urgent cases.
  • Documentation and Record-Keeping: Maintain accurate and confidential client records, ensuring all necessary paperwork and documentation are completed and stored securely in accordance with HIPAA regulations.
  • Communication and Support: Serve as a point of contact for clients, families, and referring agencies, providing information, support, and guidance throughout the intake process
  • Referral Management: Facilitate referrals to external resources or specialists when required, maintaining strong relationships with external providers and agencies.
