Position: 2nd Shift 3-Axis Laser Operator/ProgrammerWe are seeking an experienced 3-Axis Laser Operator/Programmer to join our 2nd shift team. This role requires hands-on expertise with Trumpf 3-axis laser equipment and the ability to manage both operation and programming tasks to ensure precision cutting and efficient workflow.Key Responsibilities:Operate and program Trumpf 3-axis laser equipment (minimum 5 years’ recent experience required)Set cutting conditions and perform basic program editsMaintain and update CNC programs as neededFollow detailed written and verbal instructions to meet production requirementsSafely lift up to 30 lbs without assistanceWork overtime and weekends as required to meet deadlinesQualifications:Minimum of 5 years’ recent experience operating Trumpf 3-axis laser equipment as a primary responsibilityProficiency in setting cutting parameters and making program editsStrong CNC program maintenance skillsReliable attendance and ability to work independently and as part of a teamShift & Schedule:Monday–Friday: 4:30 pm–3:00 am (10-hour shift) or 4:30 pm–1:00 am (8-hour shift)Saturday: 2:00 pm–8:00 pm (as needed)Compensation:$19.00–$28.00 per hour, based on experienceIf you have proven experience with Trumpf 3-axis laser systems and a commitment to precision, we want to hear from you.
