- healthcare certification or CHAA certification required within 12 months of hire.
- Two years healthcare required.
- Two years of health insurance authorizations, health insurance verification, or registration/billing experience required.
- Excellent customer service skills required.
- Ability to work within treatment plans and maintain positive relationships with clinical departments
- Able to determine adequacy and skills of drug dose calculations as deemed necessary by physicians and pharmacy.
