Assigned tasks are generally diverse in nature requiring broad and comprehensive experience, skill, and knowledge of Bank’s policies and practices.   • You will communicate, as guided, to internal and external customers by answering phone calls, emails, and in-person inquiries.
  • You will schedule meeting and conferences making necessary arrangements for meeting rooms, equipment need and catering.
  • You will maintain, monitor, and distribute reports or other key data to appropriate stakeholders.
  • You will be assigned routine responsibilities related to your department's function.
  • You will order supplies as necessary.
Education & Experience RequirementsThis level of knowledge is normally acquired through completion of an Associate's Degree and 1-2 years of experience or 4-6 years’ equivalent office experience. Experience and/or knowledge of financial markets/products preferred.
  • Proficient knowledge of: file maintenance, English grammar, appropriate standards regarding letters, memorandum, composition, and proper telephone etiquette
  • Strong PC and software application skills
  • General understanding of basic accounting principles in order to monitor budget expenditures and maintain accurate expense records for accounts payable and internal audits
  • Excellent understanding of department operating practices and procedures
  • Flexibility to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a competent and professional manner
