We are currently hiring a Home Health Aide – Hospice to provide vital support and personal care to patients in the comfort of their homes.In this role, you’ll be responsible for assisting patients with daily living activities, providing basic nursing care under the supervision of a registered nurse, and supporting safe mobility and comfort at home. As a valued member of the interdisciplinary care team, you’ll play a key role in ensuring each patient receives respectful, dignified, and holistic care.Key Responsibilities:Assist with personal care tasks such as bathing, grooming, dressing, and toiletingSupport patients with mobility, transfers, exercises, and ambulationMeasure and record vital signs, intake/output, and perform other delegated tasksProvide light housekeeping, meal preparation, and linen changes per care planAccurately document care and promptly report changes in condition to the RNCollaborate with nurses, therapists, and family caregivers to ensure coordinated careQualifications:Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in Washington (required)Minimum 2 years of CNA and/or home health aide experience in a clinical settingValid driver's license, proof of auto insurance, and reliable transportationCurrent Basic Life Support (BLS) certificationFood Handler’s Card (required at hire)Compassion, reliability, and a commitment to quality patient careAt PeaceHealth, you’ll find a supportive, mission-driven environment focused on healing, service, and community.
