- Install, configure, and maintain desktop systems, laptops, and peripheral devices.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to end-users for hardware, software, and network-related issues.
- Monitor system performance and security, ensuring compliance with organizational policies and best practices.
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls in Active Directory.
- Deploy software updates, patches, and security fixes to desktop systems.
- Conduct regular system backups and data recovery operations.
- Maintain and update asset inventory records for hardware and software.
- Collaborate with IT team members to implement and support new technologies and projects.
- Develop and maintain documentation for system configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting guides.
- Active Secret clearance
- US Citizenship required
- Experience with system administration, strong problem-solving skills, and experience with network protocols and technologies
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related scientific or technical discipline.
- Requires minimum of three (3) years of system administration experience.
- Salary Range: $63,600 - $96,250
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related scientific or technical discipline.
- Requires a minimum of ten (10) years of system administration experience.
- Salary Range: $84,700 - $132,325
- A degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) is preferred.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Familiarity with network protocols and troubleshooting techniques.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Experience with Active Directory, Group Policy, and other domain management tools.
- Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator, or equivalent certifications.

The projected compensation range for this position is based on full time status. For part time or on-call staff, compensation is proportionately adjusted based on hours worked. While monetary compensation is important, it's just one component of Noblis’ total compensation package.
