Responsibilities:Noblis MSD is seeking System Administrators with an active Secret Clearance in Lakehurst, NJ.Noblis MSD is seeking System Administrators to provide engineering, technical, logistics, and obsolescence to support the NAWCAD Engineering & Logistics for Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR) Mission Operations and Integration (MO&I). Additionally we are supporting their missions’ to enable research, development, test and evaluation, acquisition, engineering, systems integration, in-service and fleet engineering with cybersecurity, comprehensive logistics, and life-cycle savings.This requisition covers multiple positions, including:
  • System Administrator, Junior to Mid Level
  • System Administrator, Senior
Job Responsibilities
  • Install, configure, and maintain desktop systems, laptops, and peripheral devices.
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to end-users for hardware, software, and network-related issues.
  • Monitor system performance and security, ensuring compliance with organizational policies and best practices.
  • Manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls in Active Directory.
  • Deploy software updates, patches, and security fixes to desktop systems.
  • Conduct regular system backups and data recovery operations.
  • Maintain and update asset inventory records for hardware and software.
  • Collaborate with IT team members to implement and support new technologies and projects.
  • Develop and maintain documentation for system configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting guides.
Required Qualifications:
  • Active Secret clearance
  • US Citizenship required
  • Experience with system administration, strong problem-solving skills, and experience with network protocols and technologies
Junior to Mid Level
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related scientific or technical discipline.
  • Requires minimum of three (3) years of system administration experience.
  • Salary Range: $63,600 - $96,250
Senior Level
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related scientific or technical discipline.
  • Requires a minimum of ten (10) years of system administration experience.
  • Salary Range: $84,700 - $132,325
Desired Qualifications:
  • A degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) is preferred.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Familiarity with network protocols and troubleshooting techniques.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Experience with Active Directory, Group Policy, and other domain management tools.
  • Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator, or equivalent certifications.

The projected compensation range for this position is based on full time status. For part time or on-call staff, compensation is proportionately adjusted based on hours worked.
