This position will be based in Buffalo Grove, IL (Hybrid office schedule)You'll make an impact by:
  • Strategic Commodity Management: Define and implement commodity strategies based on market analysis, demand, and supplier performance to ensure cost-efficient and secure supply.
  • Manage supplier relationships across a variety of commodity sets to support project and business objectives.
  • Perform benchmarking and market analysis for prospective suppliers.
  • Support sourcing for new projects and initiatives, driving year-over-year cost reductions.
  • Contribute to Design-to-Cost and Design for Manufacturability projects.
  • Monitor supplier performance to ensure delivery, reliability, and quality targets are met.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, operations, and quality teams to improve data integrity.
  • Assist in preparing and analyzing reports for strategic procurement decision-making.
You'll win us over by having the following qualifications:Basic Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field (required).
  • 1+ years of experience in procurement, supply chain management, or related fields.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other data analysis tools.
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States on a continual and permanent basis without company sponsorship
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Internship or co-op experience in procurement, supply chain, or strategic sourcing preferred.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • High level of organization, attention to detail, and follow-through.

The pay range for this position is $66,220 - $113,520 annually.
