~ Seeking candidates interested in relocating to the Colby, KS community, ideally with some connection to the area/region, or life experience in a small town.
~ APP will provide Forty-seven (47) weeks per year primary ER coverage for two (2) twenty-four (24) hour shifts, primarily Sunday (7am to 7am), Monday (7pm to 7am) and Tuesday (7am to 7pm), for a total of 48 hour per week; And, One (1) weekend of primary call per month. A weekend shift is defined as a 36-hour period generally from 7pm on Friday to 7am on Sunday, and 7pm Sunday to 7am Monday. There may be some variation from the specific schedule described above especially with weekend hours.
**Compensation and Paid Benefits:**
~ Base Salary: range of $120,000 to $140,000, depending on experience and total financial package.
~ Sign on Bonus/Relocation: Range of $10,000 - $20,000, depending on total financial package and length of contract.
~ Student Loan Repayment: will pay a monthly student loan payment up to a maximum amount of $12,000 per year for each year of the five-year contract for the APP, until the loan is paid off or the employment obligation is completed or terminated.
