Coughlin is currently looking for an experienced Service Writer/Advisor for our Pataskala Ford Truck Center location.The Service Advisor serves as the primary point of contact for all automotive service customers. As a Service Advisor you will be responsible for all aspects of the repair process including greeting customers, setting expectations for completion of repairs, selling repairs, communicating with technicians and exceeding the customer expectations.Coughlin Automotive is one of the fastest growing dealerships in Central Ohio.
