  • Knowledge of equipment safety, operation, and maintenance.
  • Familiarity with construction budgeting best practices.
  • Understanding of local, state, and federal construction regulations.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Exceptional organizational skills: Time management, delegation, and prioritization.
Responsibilities:
  • Oversee and manage subcontractors.
  • Develop and maintain CPM schedules.
  • Apply value engineering strategies to optimize projects.
  • Solve problems effectively and communicate solutions with the team.
  • Manage project budgets to ensure financial success.
  • Prioritize safety and personnel management.
  • Travel as needed to project sites.
