As a vital member of the Provost's team helping to rebuild our Office of Institutional Effectiveness, the DSA designs and manages data infrastructure, ensures regulatory compliance, automates data processes, and advises campus leadership and departments on data-informed decision-making.ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIESData Architecture & EngineeringDevelop conceptual, logical, and physical data models supporting analytics, reporting, and operationsDesign and manage data pipelines, ensuring seamless integration across systems, databases, and BI toolsSelect and implement data integration tools and workflowsDefine platform architecture and facilitate integration with WorkdayData Governance & QualityEstablish and uphold data standards, naming conventions, and validation processes, fostering a data-informed culture across campusImplement frameworks for data quality management, cleansing, and monitoringSupport strategies for master data management (MDM) and metadata managementEnsure robust access controls and compliance with regulatory requirementsData Analytics & ReportingCreate and oversee data analytics strategies for measuring student success, institutional performance, and strategic goalsAnalyze institutional data to generate actionable insights and recommendationsDevelop and maintain dashboards on student enrollment and success and strategic outcomes;
