- As a full-desk recruiter, you'll play a dual role, building trusted client partnerships and placing top-tier talent across key markets.
- Generate sales leads through referrals, networking, social media, internet research, and direct contact.
- Schedule and attend client meetings to promote our professional staffing services and project solutions.
- Negotiate with clients to establish appropriate bill rates, contract terms, and fees.
- Manage these relationships throughout the assignment to expand TGC Search presence within your existing client accounts.
- Collaborate with your TGC Search colleagues to facilitate the placement process, which may include the presentation of candidates, interview scheduling, client preparation, debriefing, and salary negotiation.
- Source, engage, and place high-impact candidates across executive and professional roles.
- Conduct structured interviews and present well-positioned profiles to clients.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, providing strategic counsel to both clients and candidates.
- Obtain and use feedback to enhance customer relationships, continuously improving the quality of service and increasing profitability.
- Track Record of Success: 2+ years generating $250K+ in annual gross profit/margin
- Relationship-Driven: Able to build and maintain senior-level relationships (up to C-suite)
