- Prepare and submit First Report of Claims to carriers.
- Document, track, and facilitate claims assignments.
- Communicate with clients/insureds, carriers/adjusters, and internal contacts.
- Work in agency management system to document communications and track claims.
- Generate claims reports.
- Experience with an agency management system highly desired.
- 25 years of full-time work experience
- 10 most current years of Commercial and/or Personal Lines Property & Casualty insurance experience – specifically claims management in retail broker environment
- Retire from the office but not from work.
