Our client is seeking a detail-oriented Supplier Project Engineer to manage the procurement, delivery, and oversight of specialized equipment for experimental energy programs. You'll collaborate with engineering, procurement, and legal teams to ensure suppliers meet cost, schedule, and technical performance goals.Location: Bellevue & Everett, WA (Hybrid - 3 days onsite/week)Length of Assignment: 12 monthsBenefits: Three insurance levels, 401K + match, sick leave, and the opportunity to support delivery of critical components for advanced energy projects.US citizens and those authorized to work in the US are encouraged to apply. Work sponsorship is not available at this time.Responsibilities:Oversee supplier execution of engineering and manufacturing contracts.Support RFP development, bid evaluations, and contract awards.Coordinate technical reviews and submittal processes.Monitor cost, schedule, and deliverables; manage risks and interface alignment.Participate in supplier audits and qualification activities.Support development of specs, statements of work, and CGD/qualification plans.Key Qualifications and Skills:Technical degree and 4+ years of supplier oversight or engineering project management (6+ years in lieu of degree).Background in mechanical, electrical, nuclear, or systems engineering preferred.Familiarity with NQA-1, IEEE, ASTM, and ASME standards.Experience defining supplier scope and managing deliverables.Strong communication and cross-functional coordination skills.PMP certification or equivalent training preferred.Estimated Compensation Range: $45.00-70.00 per hour.
