You'll set up and operate manual press machinery to transform raw materials into precision parts that meet exact product specifications.   • Operate and monitor manual press machines with precision and care
  • Load, remove, and inspect materials, keeping quality and safety top of mind
  • Make press and feed adjustments to keep production flowing smoothly
  • Track production, maintain records, and report issues quickly
  • Support continuous improvement through 5-S activities
  • Ensure compliance with IATF 16949 and ISO 14001 standards
  • Contribute to a positive, team-first culture
What You'll Bring
