40% Employee Discount - Save on services for your homeWhat You'll DoAs a Residential Service Technician, you'll represent the Benjamin Franklin Plumbing and deliver world-class service while solving problems and building trust in the homes of the customers we serve.
- Diagnose, repair, maintain, and install residential plumbing systems (fixtures, drains, water heaters, pipes, treatment systems, etc.)
- Present repair/replacement options clearly and professionally while educating customers on their system
- Provide expert recommendations and promote energy-efficient upgrades and services
- Accurately document work performed, including photos and notes, using ServiceTitan
- Collect payment and close out jobs with professionalism and transparency
- Maintain clean, organized work areas and company vehicle
- Comply with all safety guidelines, plumbing codes, and company standards
- Uphold our core values of integrity, punctuality, and customer-first service
- At least 2 years of plumbing experience in a residential setting, including taking service calls and providing effective solutions.
- Proven experience in meeting sales and KPI goals, with a focus on customer satisfaction and quality service.
- Familiarity with ServiceTitan or similar service management software is a plus.
- A valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
- The ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think on your feet and resolve issues efficiently.
