Spectrum Painting in Pompton Lakes, New Jersey is hiring two (2) full-time Sales Estimator positions. Not everyone will qualify, so please read the requirements carefully.First year, on-goal total compensation up to $125,000 with no cap, plus benefitsYou will be covering primarily North Jersey, focused on developing Residential and Commercial opportunities and sales.You live within 45 minutes of Pompton Lakes, NJ.You have three (3) or more years of sales experience selling to residential and commercial (B2B) customers, including a 1-2 call closing process. You do not need trade industry experience.You have the following sales capabilities:

  • Ability to consistently and frequently ask for the sale
  • Proactively build a solid pipeline of qualified opportunities
  • Use a consultative approach to selling, with good listening and questioning skills.
  • Analyze blueprints and project plan
  • Excellent relationship-building skills
  • Well organized, sell value, and use a CRM
  • Excellent writing and presentation skills
  • Excellent driving record

Networking and marketing techniques are valuable when you contribute to marketing programs and participate in prospecting activities to grow the company's outreach of clientele.   • Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record
  • Fluent in the English language
  • Authorized to work in the United States
  • Must comply with our policies including a tobacco-free work environment
One to two years of estimating or sales experience and a High School Diploma or equivalent is preferred!SALES ESTIMATOR WORK SCHEDULEThis estimating position is Monday through Friday during business hours with occasional early evenings and Saturdays as needed.
