Description :Position Title: Contract Analyst III (P2)RoleAs part of your role, you'll ensure all daily activities, processes, and system tools related to contracts and other document deliverables to meet the highest quality standards. You'll manage quality control activities, drawing upon your expertise in business requirements, contract law, and interpretation. Your keen eye for detail will help you analyze agreements accurately, minimizing risks for our company and our valued customers.Responsibilities
  • Review and analyze contract language, terms, and customer-specific nuances to ensure that contracts and other document deliverables are legally sufficient, accurate, and match all parties' expectations.
  • Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders to provide consistent, accurate, and necessary supplemental documents to enhance customer service and expedite contract execution.
  • Project manage certain customer projects and analyze quality exception results with business partners and customers to resolve discrepancies, improve processes, and/or support training initiatives.
  • Prioritize and manage workflow activities through effective project management, customer service, and streamlined communications.
  • Perform reviews of systems and procedures to identify performance gaps, trends, and need for system and/or process enhancements to ensure consistency and quality of deliverables and minimize discrepancies, improving the customer experience and mitigating risk.
  • Advocate and lead strategic solutions with management, business partners, and/or customers to determine implications and remediation plans based on exceptions and associated findings.
  • Identify opportunities for cross-team effectiveness and remove organizational barriers to promote strong teamwork, collaboration, and excellent customer service.

Education/Certifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred
  • Master’s Degree or JD a plus
Experience/Minimum Requirements
  • Three (3) years of experience in data gathering/analysis.
  • Experience in contract review and/or development.
  • Audit, quality control, and/or project management experience a plus.
Organizational RelationshipReports to: Sr. Mgr. Contract DevelopmentWorking Conditions: This role falls into our hybrid work model working in the office on Monday through Thursday. On Fridays, teammates on the hybrid schedule will have the option to work from the office or home.
