POSITION SUMMARY: The RN, Health Coach supports wellness initiatives across all Serenity House programs, including the Serenity House Treatment Center, Diamond Willow, outpatient services, and community-based programs. This role promotes a holistic approach to health by providing education on the benefits of healthy lifestyle choices and habits. The Health Coach empowers individuals to adopt positive coping strategies and make sustainable lifestyle changes to support overall well-being. Emphasis is placed on wellness within five key domains: spiritual, nutritional, mental/emotional, recreational/physical, and social (including family and community connections).REQUIREMENTS:
Associate's degree in Nursing
State of Alaska RN License
BLSP (CPR) from the American Heart Association
One year of Addiction Treatment experience preferred
