Job Description:The Systems Support Analyst provides functional support to users of the LCS Financial Systems and will also collaborate with IT staff on related issues.Experience is Everything;At LCS, experience is everything.   • Provides end user support to users of Financial Systems.
  • Analyzes the support needed by the users and determines if the issue can be resolved by the support or a technical team.
  • Resolves end users support issues or works with other technical support team members for resolution.
  • Utilizes a time/resolution tracking system to document support time and resolution of issues.
  • Responsible for all aspects of standardized training on assigned Financial Systems
  • Updates and maintains Financial Systems manuals and end user documentation used for training.
  • Tests changes in the Financial Systems that will affect support to the end users.
  • Completes community implementations onto the Financial Systems.
  • Works closely with the Financial Systems support team to resolve issues and recommend enhancements.
Knowledge & Skills:
  • Strong organizational, presentation and customer service skills required.
  • Requires excellent computer skills
  • Effective problem solving, analytical and time management skills
  • Ability to maintain high level of confidentiality of sensitive information.
  • Ability to take initiatives in tasks showing good judgment in routine decisions.
  • Ability to maintain a professional manner in a fast paced environment.
  • Tags), issues affecting the plant operations and environmental services functions, and participates in developing or changing policies as needed. Reviews, edits, and recommends changes to community plant operations and environmental services.
Experience:
  • Yardi Voyager and Oracle Financial experience preferred but not required.
  • Financial Systems experience preferred.
  • Two-year degree in accounting/finance, information systems, or a related field and minimum two years of related experience.
  • Related experience may substitute for a degree on a year for year basis.
