We are seeking reliable and attentive Overnight Staff to join our Bayview team. The ideal candidates will be responsible for monitoring the facility during overnight hours, ensuring the safety and well-being of residents, and providing support as needed. This role is crucial in maintaining a peaceful and secure environment while delivering excellent customer service.**Key Responsibilities:**
- Monitor the premises for security and safety, identifying any potential hazards or incidents.
- Assist residents with any immediate needs or concerns throughout the night.
- Perform light housekeeping duties to ensure common areas and resident rooms are tidy and welcoming.
- Document daily activities, incidents, and resident interactions accurately and promptly.
- Respond to emergencies or urgent situations according to established protocols.
- Communicate effectively with other staff members to ensure a seamless handover of important information.
- Maintain confidentiality and privacy of residents at all times.
- Assist with any additional duties as assigned by management.**Qualifications:**
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Prior experience in a healthcare, hospitality, or security role is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to remain calm and decisive in emergency situations.
- Basic computer skills for documentation and reporting.
- Must be able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Availability to work overnight shifts, including weekends and holidays.**Physical Requirements:**
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and perform physical tasks as needed.
